Assembly and re-heating instructions:

 

Tortillas:

In the Oven – Wrap a stack of four or fewer tortillas in a packet of aluminum foil and put it in a pre-heated 350° oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. You can do multiple packets of tortillas each all at the same time.

On the Stove-Top – Place the tortillas in a dry (no oil) stainless steel or cast-iron skillet over medium heat and cook them for about 30 seconds on each side.

 

Proteins:

Transfer proteins from to-go containers to a pot or pan, let it heat on medium fire  for 15 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 165 °F.

 Serve the toppings chilled or at room temperature.
