The Flor de Sal Negra La Chinata is made with a mixture of fine crystals of fleur de sel with squid ink. The result is a crunchy and salty bite of blackish crystals, with a touch of sweet taste from the ink. Its production process is very delicate, which is why it is considered a gourmet salt given its difficulty in production. The Flor de Sal Negra has a multitude of culinary uses.
