These calamares are best when cooked at higher temperatures for a short period of time for ultimate tenderness. They can be cooked on a grill, or skillet on high heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
Defrost the chorizos overnight in your refrigerator.
The chorizos can be cooked in many different ways. With its casing on a skillet, oven or grill, and also by removing the casing on a skillet depending on its desired use.
Regardless of the cooking method, the chorizos should be cooked on medium heat and util they reach an internal temperature of 160F.
